  7. dreamcastdc says:

What Google needs to make there Android phones a iPhone killer, is more games in the Marketplace.

  8. BYKawashima says:

what service provider is the nexus one on?

  9. dreamcastdc says:

They seem to be trying to get more games onthe Marketplace by giving free Droids or Nexus One at GDC this year, thats a good start.

when will you be spinning to win and iphone 3g or 3gs becasue i been waiting for it

  13. saxman112 says:

@BYKawashima As of now, it is available unlocked (works with any GSM carrier) for $529, or you can get it for T-Mobile for $179. In terms of other carriers, it will be available for Verizon in Spring of this year, as well as a version for Vodafone in Europe. No words yet on AT&T, but you can use it unlocked with their SIM cards. A note of warning: you will only get EDGE with an AT&T SIM card. So, if you want 3G go with T-Mobile, or just wait for a version for Verizon, or Vodafone in Europe.

its kinda sad that multitouch is the “make or brake” feature for new phones, it does add some extra flair i guess i wish it had a keyboard

  16. tito2694 says:

it beat in on the resolution, camera, processor, thinner, screen size,i agree that android needs more apps , then it could be an iphone killer

  17. Duschmon7 says:

Yea multitouch isn’t that important. To me the zoom bar is better.

  18. Sotorious says:

THE PEOPLE SPEAK AND THE PEOPLE GET. Damn i guess Google is just that damn great.

  19. fiktiv666 says:

OR: Google didn’t use multitouch in the US because they were afraid that Apple will sue them
but Apple & Google are suing each other now so all bets are off the table so Google decided that they allow multitouch and Apple decided they’ll use Bing etc…

  20. Morani27 says:

  22. PAPERCLlPS says:

But he said, “Looks like they are starting? to copy iphobe as the sales were doomed.” I was simply pointing out his inability to spell iPhone.

  23. librano says:

yes, I know… I was just playing with the word… since the suffix ‘phobe’ denotes one who fears… :)

  24. muneerkhan7 says:

maybe not pinch zooming but multitouch is very important for gaming and other stuff

  25. Duschmon7 says:

@muneerkhan7 yea ur right. Both then.
